
Training Overview
This training provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of Industrial
Cybersecurity, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities associated with
securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT).
Participants will learn about the key components of Industrial Cybersecurity, explore
risks, common threats and vulnerabilities, and gain fundamental understanding of risk
assessment, OT frameworks, Standards and Compliance and network security within
industrial environments. The Training is designed to equip learners with the knowledge
and enthusiasm necessary to pursue a career in this growing field.

Module 3: Core Principles and Best Practices - OT Cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443)
Module 4: Career Development in Industrial Cybersecurity - Career paths and roles

Learning Outcomes
Participants will leave the Training with a foundational understanding of industrial
cybersecurity, be able to identify cyber risks, threats and vulnerabilities in the industrial
environment, and have a clear roadmap for advancing their careers in this emerging
domain.

Prerequisites - Basic understanding of SCADA systems, HMI, PLC, computer networks and
cybersecurity concepts is recommended but not required.
